Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our store, operated by Emanuel Lopes Weissheimer (NIF 334975930), trading as Empire Club CS. We ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, estimated delivery takes 10–25 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
International Fulfillment Disclosure
Our store operates on a dropshipping model. Products are fulfilled by our partners located in Europe and Asia. This means your order may originate from outside your country of residence. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this international fulfillment process.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48–72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are covered by shipping insurance at no additional cost to you. In the event your order is lost in transit, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us at Support@empireclubcs.com to report a lost shipment.
Customs and Duties
Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international shipments are covered by the Company. You will not be charged separately for customs duties. However, please note that customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
Undelivered Packages
If your package is marked as undelivered or is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or issue a refund. If the error was on our part, reshipment will be at no cost to you.
No Pre-Orders
We do not accept pre-orders. All items available in our store are in stock and ready for fulfillment at the time of purchase.
