This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our store, operated by Emanuel Lopes Weissheimer (NIF 334975930), trading as Empire Club CS. We are committed to your satisfaction and aim to handle all refund and return requests fairly and efficiently.
Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@empireclubcs.com with your order number and reason for return.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must not be personalized, customized, or made-to-order.
- Used or damaged items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Personalized or customized products
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items returned after the 14-day window has expired
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit. The return address is:

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where only part of an order is returned, where the returned item shows signs of use not previously disclosed, or where the return does not fully meet our eligibility criteria. The amount of any partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is confirmed lost or not delivered by the carrier, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us at Support@empireclubcs.com and allow us to investigate with the carrier. We may require tracking documentation before issuing the refund. Shipping insurance on all orders is covered by the Company.
No Pre-Orders
We do not offer pre-orders. All products listed in our store are available for immediate fulfillment at the time of purchase.
